The main fan blade produces a nice flow of air that was heated or cooled by the unit. Along with blowing air out, it also takes air in which contributes to making the whole system cool while turned on.
What red flags are there that my circulating fan blade is almost dead?
- The wall unit fan blade appears to be chipped or ruined and probably should be replaced
- The fan blade refuses to blow the proper amount of air to make a difference
- Blade in the unit generates a very unhealthy sound when it begins to spin
