The front panel of the wall unit contains most of all the controls and vent fins which controls the direction of the air flow.
Major signs the front cover panel will need to be replaced
- Front panel cover is wobbly and is taped onto the rest of the system
- The movable air vents on the front cover so loose that air pressure is too much to keep them still
