The fan blade produces movement air to and from the main system. The fan blade also draws air inside of the unit which contributes to keeping the wall unit safe from overheating while performing its duty.
Major symptoms the GE fan blade is dying
- The air circulating blade looks chipped or wrecked and probably should be replaced
- The system finds it difficult to blow the proper amount of air in order to change the temperature
- The blade subjects you to a grinding sound when turned on
