Fan motors of most wall units can be easy to swap out as long as you have skills and a few tools. The fan motor turns the blade which is responsible for the heated or cooled air blowing into areas of your place.
Major indications the primary fan motor has very little life left
- The blower blade refuses to turn correctly while the wall unit should have the fan going
- The can hear rubbing and other unpleasant sounds whilst the motor is turning
