The interior fan blade assists in creating a nice flow of air that was heated or cooled by the wall unit. The fan blade also draws air inside of the unit which assists in keeping the main unit safe from overheating while working.
Major symptoms of an ineffective fan
- The air circulating blade generates a squeaking sound and causes discomfort
- The main fan blade appears cracked or damaged and needs to be replaced
- The wall system finds it difficult to blow the proper amount of air in order to change the temperature
