GE APE07AHM1 Limit Switch
Limit switches are crucial due to the fact that if the air inside the furnace is too cool then you will never get hot air through the ducts. A normal limit switch is a switch located in the furnace that decides when the air is warm enough so that it may be pushed through the ducts and out the vents.
How do you know if your limit type switch really has to be replaced?
- Your GE system will not start or run even though max temp has not been reached
- The GE system begins to runs uneven from time to time
