The front panel of this system is usually made of plastic and houses the controls and vent fins which controls the direction of the air flow.
Red flags the GE front panel will have to be replaced
- The movable air vents that are placed in the front cover itself have been tossed in the trash
- Main cover has become unfastened and is probably taped onto the main unit
