The motor spins the blade which produces movement filtered air away from the heating or cooling system. The fan blade also draws air inside of the unit which provides assistance in making the whole system cool while heating or cooling.
What red flags are there that my GE fan blade is not working properly?
- The main fan blade generates a disturbing sound when turned on
- The fan blade looks bent or messed up and in terrible shape
- The main wall unit has problems as it tries to produce a good enough airflow in order to change the temperature
