The filter can both make the unit cleaner and make it operate more efficient while cleaning the dust out of the air you breathe all day. While doing regular cleaning of the houseZZZcommmaZZZ the filter should be simply replaced or perhaps washed a few times a year in order to keep things clean.
How do you know if your filter is not working properly?
- If you were to lift up the filter, the light does not infiltrate to the opposite side of a very dirty air filter
- Many pros have recommended to replace the filter every three months to help prevent bacteria from spreading too much
