GE AZ75E12EACM1 Cooling Fan Motor
The fan motor has a unique job of cooling the compressor, because a large quantity of heat gets released and that heat must be dispersed in order to keep things cool. Take the time to ensure you get the voltage that is the same and the correct amp listing as on the current fan motor. The motor on the compressor fan can be replaced by itself without the fan blade, this will make it a lot easier to install and cheaper for you.
How do you know when your cooling fan motor is about to stop working?
- You may hear scraping sound when the motor starts or stops
- The cooling motor smells burnt or shorts out as it is used
- The GE cooling motor fails to spin the blade
