GE AZ75H12DACM1 Cooling Fan Motor
The fan motor has a unique job of cooling the outdoor compressor, because as the compressor gets hot the heat energy has to be dissipated. Please make sure the replacement motor has the correct voltage as well as amperage as on the current fan motor. The unit may be replaced by itself without the fan blade, this may make it a lot easier and will not drain your bank account.
Indications of a dying condenser fan motor
- The main cooling motor starts to smoke or sparks while it is spinning
- You hear a scraping sound while the cooling fan slows
- The GE motor cannot turn at all
