GE AZ75H18DACM1 Transformer
A basic electrical transformer is commonplace in many manufactured goods which also includes your heating system as it is mainly used to alter electricity output to a different voltage, 120V to 12V, for example. Transformers are all different so make sure you meet the voltage readings. If you are going to replace a transformer, make sure you buy the one that is rated for the voltage that will be demanded by the device.
How do you know if your transformer is about to stop working?
- No volts coming from the system transformer at all
- Inaccurate voltage can be measured stemming from the system transformer
- The transformer seems damaged you may see sparks while electricity is running through it
