The front panel of this Goldstar unit has been known to break for one reason or another, it contains all the controls and the air vents which controls the direction of the air flow.
Clues of a defective main panel
- The vents on the front panel cover will not stay when placed
- Front panel cover is really loose and is taped onto the rest of the unit
