Goodman ARUF172916CA Limit Switch
The main reason limit switches are made is due to the fact that if the air never warms up inside the exchanger then the house will never get warm enough. A normal limit switch is a switch in the air handler that senses, or governs, if and when the air is warmed to a point to activate the main blower.
How do you know if your limit type switch really is about to stop working?
- The heating and cooling system refuses to start or continue to run for any length of time
- Your system begins to erratically frequently
