Goodman ARUF363616 Limit Switch
One big reason why limit switches are designed that way is because if the warmed air is too cool the you will lose heat in the ducts and the vents will just blow cool air. A normal limit switch is a type of sensor switch located in the furnace that senses, or governs, when the heated air is actually warm enough for the main blower to kick in and circulate the air.
