Goodman ARUF486016CA Limit Switch
The reason limit switches exist is due to the fact that if the air never warms up inside the exchanger then the house will never get warm enough. A normal limit switch is a switch in the air handler that senses, or governs, when the air is actually warm enough so that it may be pushed through the ducts and out the vents.
