Goodman GCH90453BX Cooling Fan Blade
The blade attached to the fan motor on the condenser has an important job of scattering the massive amounts of heat that the system releases. Because the blade is always in the elements they may break out of nowhere for a lot of reasons.
How can I tell if my cooling fan blade is on its last leg?
- The fins appears potted or dented due to being out in the elements all the time
- The cooling blade looks way off balance as it begins spinning as the system instructed
- Fine edges of the fins are chiseled or damaged at all
