Goodman GHS80905CXCA Limit Switch
One big reason why limit switches are designed that way is because if the air is not warm enough then the house will never get warm enough. A normal limit switch is a switch in the heat exchanger that makes the determination if and when the air is actually warm enough for the main blower to kick in and circulate the air.
Main clues main limit switch will die soon
- The Goodman system starts to behave differently frequently
- System will not begin the ignition sequence nor will it stay running even though max temp has not been reached
