Goodman GPH1436H41AB Limit Switch
A normal limit switch has a sensor located in the furnace that decides if and when the air is warmed to a point for the main blower to kick in and circulate the air. A limit switch was crafted because if the air is too cool inside the furnace to begin with, the you will lose all the heat as the air flows through the ducts.
Key indicators that my critical limit switch is in need of replacing?
- Your Goodman system will not start or will not stay running like it is supposed to
- The system is starting to stop suddenly more than once
