These fan blades need to withstand a lot by being outdoors and they can get damaged due to the course of time due to children, animals, or even mother nature herself.
Main clues the blade is not going to last much longer
- Some of the blade looks rusty and damaged due to being exposed to mother nature
- The entire blade appears to be out of balance while spinning and trying to cool the compressor
- Edges of the blade are scarred or somehow damaged for some reason
