Haier CPRB07XC7-E Control Board
The control board is constructed to direct everything including the gas valve, the ignition igniter, all the sensors as well as the air circulator all together. Heating and cooling systems will not even activate unless the control board is in connected and operational. Any control board you choose must have a matching part number consistent with the brand and the model of furnace or air handler you have. It is of utmost importance when you are choosing a replacement board because of the diversity of systems.
Clues to watch for to know your Haier control board is dead
- When turned on, there is a strange code suddenly appearing on the front of the control board
- Air conditioner or furnace is unwilling to function correctly
- The system board has to be reset repeatedly in order to run
