The interior fan blade assists in creating the stream of air from the heating or cooling system. Along with blowing air out, it also takes air in which assists in keeping the main unit cool while running.
Symptoms of a weak primary fan blade
- The blade produces a whine noise while slowing down
- The fan blade looks ruined or maybe ruined and should be replaced
- The main wall unit has problems as it tries to circulate enough air in order to get to the desired temperature
