The filter is the best line of defense when filtering tiny dust fragments and other tiny particles from the inside air inside the home. This filtering system will help keep the unit clean and make it operate way more efficiently while, at the same time, filtering the air breathe in and out everyday. Because of the nature of filtering air, it should be swapped out for a new one or perhaps cleaned thoroughly every so often depending on how much you use it.
