Haier HPN10XCM Cooling Fan Motor
The fan motor is in charge of cooling the compressor, when heat is removed from the house, that heat that needs to be driven away. It is important that you find one with the similar voltage and the same amps as on the current fan motor. The motor can be replaced solely on its own, this tends to make installing it easier and cheaper for you.
What warnings should I watch out for to know if my cooling fan motor has a need to be replaced?
- The compressor cooling motor smells burnt or shorts out when it begins to turn
- The Haier cooling motor does not move the blade
- A constant rubbing or scraping sound as the motor is turning
