Haier HPN12XHM Cooling Fan Motor
The fan motor has a specific duty of cooling the compressor, this is needed because of the heat that needs to be dispelled into the air. The unit may be replaced without having to go through the hassle of getting a new blade as this results in a simpler type of replacement and will reduce the costs you need to pay. Be sure the new motor has the correct voltage listed and amperage listed as on the current fan motor.
