Haier HPY08XCM Cooling Fan Motor
The compressor fan motor has a specific duty of cooling the compressor, because as the compressor gets hot the heat energy has to be discharged into the air outside. Just make certain you get the same voltage and the same amps as on the current fan motor. The motor on the compressor fan can be replaced by itself without the fan blade, this tends to make installing it easier and will reduce the costs you need to pay.
Hints the cooling fan motor should need replacing
- The Haier cooling motor does not move the blade
- An unpleasant squeaking sound while the cooling fan slows
- The cooling motor begins to smoke or sparks when in use
