Haier HSU-12C03 Defrost Sensor Board
The defrost sensor board will begin the defrosting phase which assists to keep your outdoor unit from plugging up. The defrost board relies on a defrost sensor which is near the condenser somewhere, in order to verify when to initiate the defrosting cycle.
Indications the AC defrost sensor board will have to be replaced
- Defrost session refuses to initiate especially when there is a rather large amount of frost in the way
- The main control board may issue a type of error code if the defrost board fails
- The system will not operate for the fact of the frost blocking the flow of air
