Heat Controller HTD Cooling Fan Motor
The compressor fan motor is primarily in charge of cooling the compressor, this is needed because of the heat that needs to be dispersed in order to keep things cool. Just make sure you buy a replacement motor with the similar voltage and amps as it is on the bad motor. It can be replaced on its own as this results in a simpler type of replacement and will reduce the costs you need to pay.
Simple signals the cooling fan motor will die soon
- The cooling motor smells burnt or throws sparks as it spins
- The Heat Controller motor tries but fails to turn at all
- An unknown grinding sound when the motor is beginning to turn
