The main reason limit switches are made is because if the air is not warm enough the you will lose all the heat as the air flows through the ducts. The limit switch has a sensor in the heat exchanger that makes the determination when the air is warm enough for the air to begin normal home circulation.
How do you know when your limit switch most likely is about to stop working?
- Your International Comfort Products system refuses to start nor will it stay running longer than a minute
- The International Comfort Products system is beginning to go through the startup sequence but stops quickly on more than one occasion
