International Comfort Products HAC442AKA1 Flame Sensor
A flame sensor is only used on furnaces that burn gas and is one that senses the correct flame upon ignition. As expected, when the sensor is triggered by an event everything remains shut off until the main issue is remedied.
How can I tell if my International Comfort Products flame sensor is in need of replacing?
- Any type of gas that has entered the furnace refuses to ignite and the main board displays on error code
- The heat system will not produce any heat when you crank the thermostat up
- The whole system will run sporadically when the time is right
