International Comfort Products NDC7050BFA1 Limit Switch
Limit switches exist because if the air is too cool inside the furnace to begin with, then you will never get hot air through the ducts. A normal limit switch is a type of sensor switch located in the furnace that senses, or governs, when the heated air is warmed to a point so that it may be pushed through the ducts and out the vents.
What are the signs that the chief limit switch is not working properly?
- The HVAC system starts to act differently repeatedly
- The HVAC system will not start or continue to run as it should
