International Comfort Products NHP060GKA1 Limit Switch
One big reason why limit switches are designed that way is because if the air never warms up the you will lose all the heat as the air flows through the ducts. A normal limit switch has a sensor located in the furnace that makes the determination when the heated air is warm enough for the main blower to kick in and circulate the air.
Warnings of a dying limit switch
- The HVAC system is beginning to run inconsistently frequently
