International Comfort Products NTG3075FBA3 Limit Switch
A normal limit switch contains a sensor in the heat exchanger that makes the determination when the air is warm enough so that it may be pushed through the ducts and out the vents. The reason limit switches exist is because if the air never warms up then the house will never get warm enough.
What signals that my limit type switch really is crapping out?
- The whole system starts to ramp up but then stops more often than not
- The HVAC system will not start or continue to run longer that five minutes
