International Comfort Products NTPM100HJA1 Cooling Fan Motor
The compressor fan motor is primarily in charge of cooling the compressor, because a large quantity of heat gets released and that heat has got to be discharged into the air outside. Be sure the new motor has the correct voltage as well as amps as on the current fan motor. The unit may be replaced on its own without the blade, this will make it a lot easier to install and a little less costly, as well.
Hints of a poorly working condenser fan motor
- The International Comfort Products cooling motor does not move the blade
- The cooling motor smells burnt makes a zapping sound while it tries to spin
- A disturbing squeaking sound while the motor starts or stops
