International Comfort Products T9MPD100J14A1 Limit Switch
Limit switches exist due to the fact that if the air never warms up inside the exchanger the you will lose heat in the ducts and the vents will just blow cool air. A normal limit switch has a sensor in the heating area that can determine when the air is warm enough so that it may be pushed through the ducts and out the vents.
What are some indications that my limit type switch really is almost going bad?
- The HVAC system will not begin or run as it should
- The International Comfort Products system starts to become inconsistent from time to time
