International Comfort Products VNK075F14A1 Limit Switch
The limit switch is a type of sensor switch located in the furnace that makes the determination when the heated air is warm enough so that it may be pushed through the ducts and out the vents. One big reason why limit switches are designed that way is because if the warmed air is too cool the you will lose all the heat as the air flows through the ducts.
What happens when my chief limit switch is almost going bad?
- The system starts to act weird frequently
- System is unable to start or run even though the desired temperature has not been attained
