Kenmore 661624530 Cooling Fan Motor
The fan motor on the compressor is in charge of keeping the compressor cool, because a large quantity of heat gets released and that heat that needs to be dissipated. The motor can be replaced by itself without the fan blade, this tends to make things easier and make it a probable DIY project. Just make certain you get the correct voltage listed and amps as on the current fan motor.
