The filter is good at removing microscopic dust and other tiny bits from the inside air inside the home. This filtering system will help make the unit cleaner and make it run way more efficiently while also cleaning the air you breathe. Because of the nature of filtering air, the air filter must be exchanged or perhaps cleaned thoroughly at least twice a year if not more, in order to keep things clean.
How do you know when your main filter is in need of a replacement?
- It is highly recommended to swap out your air filter every three months to help keep the air fresh and make the unit run more efficient
- The main filter looks dirty and replacing it would be best today
