A transformer is used for many products including heating and cooling systems as it changes a normal current of electricity from a particular voltage to a different one. If you have to replace a transformer, it would be a good idea to buy one that is rated for the voltage that you need replaced. Transformers can have different specs and you must follow specific voltage requirements.
Symptoms the electrical transformer will need replacing
- Many different volts is found coming from the transformer
