LG R1804 Filter
The filter in the wall unit has the basic duty of filtering out dust and other unwanted bits from the air in the house. This can both protect the unit and make it run more efficient while also filtering the air in your home. During regular maintenance the filter should probably be replaced or perhaps cleaned thoroughly a few times a year depending on how much you use it.
