The blade attached to the fan motor on the AC condenser is jobbed with scattering the heat energy that is released by the compressor. Most fan blades are rugged, but sometimes they can get bent from time to time for a wide variety of reasons.
Important clues to watch for in a failing blade
- Fine edges of the fins are chiseled or somehow damaged at all
- The fins looks rusty or dented due to being out in the elements all the time
