Your heating system will find it impossible to produce enough heat to properly heat the house if your heating element is somehow defective. This heat element allows the air to be heated before it is circulated through the ducts.
Signs the main heat element is going to die
- The piece completely worn out, damaged and falling apart
- Little to no heat being emitted by your furnace for an extended period of time
- The heat element finds it difficult to heat up or not warm enough to produce heat any longer
