Lennox CB30U-21 Heat Element
The main heat element allows fresh air to be warmed prior to being scattered through the ducts. Your furnace will not be able to supply any warmed air to properly heat the house if the heating element is damaged.
Clues to watch for to know the system heat element should be replaced
- The heat element does not look good, dented and in rough shape
- The heat element can not get hot or reach the desired temperature because it is probably worn out
- Little to no heat being emitted through the system at all
