Lennox CB30U-65 Limit Switch
A normal limit switch has a sensor in the air handler that makes the determination if and when the air is warmed to a point so that it may be pushed through the ducts and out the vents. One big reason why limit switches are designed that way is because if the warmed air is too cool then the house will never get warm enough.
Hints of a bad limit type switch
- The system begins to act weird time after time
- Your Lennox system will not initiate or run well longer than 10 minutes
