Lennox G20 Control Board
The control board is designed to regulate everything including the gas valve, the igniter, the flame sensor and the blower all together. HVAC systems will not run unless the control board is properly connected to the unit. You must be careful upon choosing a board as a replacement due to the many differences between HVAC systems. The brand of board you choose should be compatible with both the make and model of furnace or air handler you have.
Indications your control board should be replaced
- The board needs to be reset many times a day for it to run
- Could be an lit up error code being displayed somewhere on the board
