Lennox G20 Limit Switch
A normal limit switch contains a sensor located in the furnace that can determine if and when the air is warmed to a point to activate the main blower. Limit switches were created due to the fact that if the air never warms up inside the exchanger then the house will never get warm enough.
Main clues limit switch is dead
- Your Lennox system refuses to kick in or run as it should
- The whole system begins to erratically frequently
