Lennox G40UH-36A-045 Blower Motor
The primary blower motor is the main component for delivering circulated air throughout the house. A blower motor is a central component of an indoor portion of a split system and carries out a seemingly fundamental job in distributing the heated or cooled air.
Clear signals the main blower motor is failing and will have to be replaced shortly
- Your blower cannot generate even a minimum amount of air through the ductwork of the house.
- The air blower starts and ends abruptly before the thermostat temp setting has been reached.
- Upon starting the system a circuit blows, suddenly halting the unit due to the blower motor shorting out the electrical circuit.
- Your blower makes a grinding noise when the system is starting or while slowing to a halt.
