The motor can be replaced sans the blade, this will reduce install time and cheaper for you. It is important that you find one with the exact voltage and the same amps as it is on the bad motor.
Major indications the condenser fan motor should need replacing
- You hear a rubbing noise when the motor is just starting
- The Lennox cooling motor does not move at all
- The motor catches fire or throws sparks when in use
