Lennox R22 Limit Switch
A limit switch was crafted because if the air is too cool inside the furnace to begin with, the you will lose heat in the ducts and the vents will just blow cool air. The limit switch contains a sensor in the air handler that senses, or governs, when the air is warm enough so that it may be pushed through the ducts and out the vents.
Simple signals critical limit switch has very little life left
- The Lennox system is starting to shut down unexpectedly occasionally
- The heating and AC system will not start nor will it stay running longer than 30 seconds
