Lennox XC15 Thermistor
A very basic thermistor is a thermal resistor, that has a fluctuating resistance that is directly proportioned to current temperature. They tell the circuit board when the temperature in increasing or decreasing. The heating and cooling system takes the temperature in several different areas to understand what is going on.
